Back in January, of this year, I wrote about the strange and challenging times in which we are living. Today, as I type this post, I wonder how much stranger and divisive it can get; I wonder how much more we will be inundated by distraction and destruction.

Is it possible that a decade ago, I/we may not have imagined the stark and flagrant misuse of power, on behalf of the few, against the many? Figuring out what to do, what course of action (or non-action) my soul might deem appropriate and/or actually desires, continues to be a challenge.

While I have, and continue to, strive to be aware of the disruption, deception, cruelty, and fear mongering, that have been the focus of the current administration for the past 5 months, I do not feel I need a play-by-play of the madness taking place. A more generalized view of what is happening, lets me know that atrocities continue to be perpetrated by those who would have us descend into darkness.

As I navigate my life, I am made aware of what the headlines are saying. A brief synopsis of the dysfunction we are experiencing, is more than enough for me; I choose not to focus on the gory details.

Knowing that whatever is happening is here to help us wake up and become the reflection of Source energy we are meant to embody. Still I often find that choosing the path that provides the information I need, in order to navigate these challenging (and opportunistic) times, can be tiring. I have, and continue to, strive to shift my focus away from the deception, and division that inundates us each day, and towards how I am doing, personally; in body, mind, and spirit - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Focusing on ways that help me find a space of clarity, peace, harmony, connection, joy, love, compassion, non-judgment, and non-attachment, among other things, helps me get in touch with my Divine Power and my innate wisdom. When I settle into a place of “Connection to Oneness”, I am closer to Being the Best Being I Am and living the best life I can live. In that space, I have a better chance of moving in ways that are for my Highest Good, and the Highest Good of All Creation.

Each of us is a unique, individualized expression of Source Energy. Each of us has made a Soul decision to be here, on this planet, at this moment in the time/space continuum, for a specific reason. Each of us has an important piece of a larger puzzle that we came here to share.

I think most of us are all familiar with the saying: “God never gives us more than we can handle”. The Cosmic Transformation, taking place right now, might suggest, “I came here with everything I need to have a positive impact upon the creation of a New Reality”, as an appropriate statement.

As human beings, trodding a path of 3D experiences; learning, growing, and finding out more about ourselves and our connection to one another (ALL THAT IS) we are part of a Cosmic Plan, that may, or may not be clearly visible. We have been blessed with a great opportunity to look within and recognize the wonder of our Divine Beingness; a great opportunity to accept that Divine Energy, and to embody that Divine Energy, in ways that can and will change our perspective and open us to a vision of a world quite different than the one we have been living for thousands of years.

As I, as you, as all of us, who view ourselves and each other (ALL LIFE) as holy aspects of Divine Source, choose to allow the Loving, Supportive, and Powerful Energy of our Being to show itself and live itself through us, change (positive change) can take place in an instant.

A sacred part of me has been working (consciously and/or unconsciously) toward this moment of power; this moment when the gifts, I/we have been uncovering and allowing myself/ourselves to accept, are ready to be shared with the wider world. I am coming to see that, together we are ready to “remake” our world.

Together we are ready to co-create (with Source Energy) a world where harmony, understanding, love, compassion, wholeness, health, abundance, connection, peace, cooperation, balance, flexibility, joy, spontaneity, and so much more can be expressed fully, freely and with gratitude.

Let us allow ourselves to move gently, softly, and intentionally as we recognize the light that shines in ourselves, and in all creation. Let us recognize that, that connection, and shared light, are brighter and more empowering than anything we have previously allowed ourselves to experience.

May we each lovingly embrace our Divine selves, and embody the wonder of our Divine Beingness. May we live in ways that support the wholeness and health of All Beings throughout the Cosmos. May we move in ways that reinforce our desire to fully experience our Highest Good, and the Highest Good of All Creation.

Sacred Normalcy


The sacred space
where water becomes wine
where loaves and fishes multiply
that sacred space is not special
rather a space of sacred normalcy
a remembering of our Divine connection
allowing the sacred to become normal

willingly normal
that helps us
move beyond our earthly vision
to accept our holy power
as we lovingly
